After discovering Pilates through rehabilitation, I trained with APPI and built Scale Pilates studio to offer intelligent, progression-based reformer training in an intimate setting.​

Reformer Ready is a small, focused workshop designed to give you the confidence and understanding to move into weekly reformer training with ease.

​

In a relaxed, semi-private setting (maximum two women), you’ll learn foundational movements, understand the equipment and experience how the reformer supports your body.

​​​​

Ready to begin.

If you’ve previously trained on the reformer, you’re welcome to move straight into membership.
