Removed from the pace of commercial studios, the space is calm, light-filled and intentionally quiet — creating the conditions for deeper concentration and better results.

Movement has always been part of my life, but a chronic back injury reshaped how I approached it. In 2012, I discovered Pilates during rehabilitation — and it transformed not just how I moved, but how I understood strength, recovery and longevity.
Before becoming a full-time instructor, I spent nearly 15 years in banking technology and strategy consulting. Structure, progression and long-term thinking were central to my work — and they remain central to how I teach today.
I trained with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), qualifying in Matwork and Reformer Pilates, with specialist training in Pre & Postnatal Pilates and Spinal Rehabilitation.
Scale Pilates brings those worlds together: clinical precision, structured progression and personal coaching in an intimate setting.
This is not high-volume fitness.
It is intelligent strength training, built deliberately over time.
