Mat-based exercises focusing on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment through controlled, precise movements

Reformer
Exercises performed on a specialised piece of equipment called the reformer, which consists of sliding carriage, springs, and pulleys, designed to provide variable resistance and support.

Pregnancy
Safe, effective mat and reformer Pilates for all stages of pregnancy. preparing the body for labour. Post-natal sessions restore core strength, improve posture, and support recovery.”

Reformer Ready
The reformer is a brilliant piece of Pilates equipment but can feel a little complex at first.
That’s why we start every new client with 'Reformer Ready' workshop, where you’ll learn the set-up, safety, and essential exercises in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Once you’ve completed the workshop, you will be ready to join our small-group reformer classes and move with ease, control and confidence.
