Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancellation, and the session will be deducted from the client’s package or charged in full. No-shows will be charged the full class fee or have the session deducted from the package. Reschedule is permitted up to 24 hours before the class starts, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, and the class will be considered a Late Cancellation.
