Your first step to confident, safe and effective Reformer Pilates.

A 2 hours workshop designed to give you everything you need to feel fully prepared, safe and confident before joining our small-group classes. You’ll learn the fundamentals properly from the beginning, so you can build strong habits and get the most out of every single session that follows. 

So whether you are complete beginner, returning after injury, want more confidence before joining group classes, prefer to learn the right way first or whatever be your reason - this is for you!

1 / Get to know the reformer

Understand the key parts of the machine, how it works, and why it’s so effective. You’ll learn how to set-up and adjust the machine for for different levels, and navigate the machine without hesitation. This familiarity lays the foundation for safe and empowered movement.

2 / Essential exercises & smooth transitions

Understand the correct set-up, breath, alignment, and how to move confidently between exercises with control and stability. You'll learn the foundational movements you’ll see in beginner classes and also learn how to transition with ease — an essential skill that keeps classes flowing and maximises your workout time.

3 / Learn the pilates principles

You’ll explore the fundamentals that define great Pilates technique:

  • Core activation and inner stability

  • Neutral alignment

  • Control and precision

  • Breath-movement connection

Mastering these early ensures you feel strong, supported, and connected throughout your practice.
